Big Youth has supported the brand with its digital communications for several years now. Our goal is to establish the right storytelling at all contact points to make their products desirable. To achieve this, we felt it was necessary to propose a seamless experience: between the perfume and fashion and between the online and bricks-and-mortar environments.The result of this objective is One Mugler.A single platform: a technical, creative and content hub adapted to the user experience and client pathway of the customers wherever they may be, to ensure that they come in contact with the brand and its world. The end goal is to generate sales of course, (whether online or offline) and a personalised relationship by means of an innovative CRM programme.

A multi-device website, available in 10 country-specific versions and an international version which portrays Mugler fashion and its world of perfumes. The chosen technical solution, DemandWare, makes it possible to unify the customer/prospect base and to push the product catalogue and promotional offers through all channels on a custom basis.
Mugler's universe is not easy to grasp. But once we found the right axis, it conveys something addictive and hard to describe, that can really be exciting.

The area known as « Le Cercle » operates as a interface for contact between the brand and its clients. It includes the entry of « special codes », the allocation of points, the viewing of gifts but also exclusive content and benefits, etc.
